Ambition, drive and common sense are vital. We’re looking for the leaders of the future, individuals who work well in a team, with an ability to communicate effectively and enjoy what they do. Your two-year plan. You will undertake a predetermined structured training programme over a two-year period, giving you the skills and competencies to take on your role with confidence. In addition, you’ll receive the specific technical and safety training you require and your development will be supported by a robust system of performance and development reviews and workplace monitoring. You will also be able to pursue the continued professional development through to Incorporated or Chartered Engineer status.
