Providing a safe and supportive working environment
With more than 4,500 employees Jarvis works hard to ensure its team is safe, supported and has all the necessary tools to get the job done. Jarvis provides services throughout the night and weekends, in all weathers and challenging physical conditions: putting an even greater responsibility on the Company to support its employees. Safety is the number one priority, but the need to be proactive on a whole range of other welfare issues is also vitally important.

Key activities

• providing wide-ranging training and career development opportunities for people at every level in the Company


• ensuring that the whole range of welfare needs is met, particularly for employees working in challenging conditions
